Одна из моих любимых рыбалок на Оби. В среднем течении Оби вообще мало кто специально ловит налима. Почему-то людская молва приписывает этой замечательной рыбе какие-то грязные привычки питания, хотя это очевидно не так.

Ротовой аппарат налима устроен только для заглатывания чего-то целиком. В кулинарном плане он тоже недооценён, при том как мне кажется хозяйки просто должны обожать его готовить. Чешуя отсутствует, костей кроме хребта совсем нет, хочешь вари уху, хочешь котлетки крути, можно и пожарить, и запечь.
