What time of night is best to hook a monster catfish? The wee hours of pre-dawn, like catching a meteor shower? Or straight-up midnight? |

At around 50 lbs. each — and assuming you were employing the talents of an experienced chef — how many people could this pair o’ bottom dwellers feed at a fish fry? Are they even good eatin’? How much tartar sauce would be an appropriate amount in this situation? |
