В 2021 году в Мурманской области на 37% вырос объем выращивания лососевых видов рыб до 71,6 тысячи тонн. Таким образом, регион нарастил этот показатель более чем в пять раз за пять лет, сообщает пресс-служба Федерального агентства по рыболовству.
За прошлый год Северо-Западный федеральный округ значительно увеличил объемы производства товарной рыбы, где свыше 98% – лососевые (атлантический лосось (семга) и форель). Прирост производства продукции товарной аквакультуры в целом по отношению к предыдущему 2020 году составил 19% — с 93,4 тысячи тонн до 111 тысяч тонн (110 тысяч тонн – лососевые).
