Сахалин и Камчатка урегулируют промысел лосося у Северных Курил

Губернаторы Камчатского края Владимир Солодов и Сахалинской области Валерий Ломаренко договорились подписать соглашение о регулировании промысла транзитного лосося в районе Северных Курильских островов.

Стороны договорились об этом в ходе выездного совещания Совбеза, прошедшего во Владивостоке. Сейчас будут разработаны предложения с тем, чтобы поддержать добросовестных добытчиков водных биоресурсов и более эффективно бороться с браконьерством.

По словам Владимира Солодова, в районе островов ведется незаконный лов с применением запрещенных дрифтерных сетей. Стороны договорились также заключить новое соглашение об объеме вылова водных биоресурсов между Сахалином и Камчаткой.
