Поздняя осень, пойменные озера по ночам покрываются первым тоненьким ледком, а пейзажи с заиндевелыми листьями и инеем на траве заставляют душу трепетать от восторга и какой-то необъяснимой тоски. Это еще не время для зимнего фидера, но по утрам кольца на удилище уже обмерзают.

Факт образования временной ледяной корки на некоторых водоемах заставляет более тщательно относиться к выбору места предстоящей рыбалки.

Бывает и так: приедешь на водоем, а по тонкому намерзшему за ночь льду уже вороны ходят.
