Sure enough, the fish caught (and released) by college student Caden Hurley on Jan. 28 is a sight to behold. Hurley, a civil engineering major at Norwich University, was with ice fishing buddies Dylan Partlow and Ryan Vassuer when he reeled in the strange looking specimen.

“Check out this odd-looking Chain Pickerel,” the post read. “Anyone ever seen or caught anything like this? Is it a partial albino? A pie-bald fish?”
