Authorities investigate fish kill event on Sydney's north shore

Authorities are investigating how scores of dead fish and eels came to be washed up in foam on the banks of a Sydney creek, close to the site of a major industrial fire.

The dead creatures have been found at Flat Rock Creek, a nature reserve in Northbridge, in the city's north.
