Пришла осень, вода остывает, у рыбы закончилось кормовое изобилие, дожди и ветра перемешивают воду, и рыбы стали активно мигрировать в поисках корма в более теплых местах. Нередко активную рыбу можно обнаружить на мели, в заливах, защищенных от ветра, куда днем ранее волна другого направления согнала дафний, циклопов и мальков. Рыба уже чувствует, что скоро заморозки, а потом зима.

Снижение температуры сказалось не только на росте активности хищников, и прежде всего щуки, но и на клеве леща, плотвы, уклейки и карася.

Но если жор уклейки и леща достигает сейчас своего осеннего пика, то карась и линь уже пожировали, и теперь охотиться за ними имеет смысл только в тихую стабильную погоду.

Устойчивая погода снижает скорость миграций и рыбу намного легче искать.
