В Астрахани разработали систему для выращивания креветок и ягод на дому

Компактная мини-ферма в квартире круглый год сможет обеспечивать свежей зеленью, овощами, рыбой, раками и креветками семью из четырех человек. Мобильную и компактную аквапоническую систему разработали астраханские ученые.

- В основе разработки лежат технологии аквапоники. Это один из самых ресурсосберегающих способов производства. Здесь отходы жизнедеятельности рыб после работы бактерий превращаются в естественные удобрения для растений. Эта технология в более чем 15 раз эффективней традиционного производства. Неоспоримое преимущество - возможность круглогодичного использования в независимости от погодных и климатических условий, - сообщила "РГ" аспирант Института рыбного хозяйства, биологии и природопользования АГТУ Юлия Сергина.
