Действия РФ способны сподвигнуть Японию на изменение хищнической стратегии ее промысловиков в районе Курил.

Новая стратегия России в отношении вылова палтуса является серьезным движением вперед в процессе реализации программы эффективного освоения биоресурсов Дальнего Востока. Подобное мнение в интервью новостному порталу Fishnews высказал представитель Межрегиональной ассоциации «Ярусный промысел» Вячеслав Бычков. При этом им было указано на важность отражения в новом документе нынешнего состояния запасов палтуса, недопустимость его перелова и прилова промысловиками, а также проблемы хищничества косаток....

На этом фоне нужно отметить тот факт, что новая стратегия российских рыболовов способна заставить японцев переосмыслить свое отношение к Курилам. В подтверждение тому можно указывается на два фактора. Первый заключается в том, что новая российская стратегия лишний раз демонстрирует российский суверенитет над Курильскими островами. Второй — указывает Японским промысловикам, желающим легально работать в данном регионе, на необходимость отказа от уже традиционной для них хищнической манеры использования биоресурсов тихоокеанских вод....
