Сколько знаю своих друзей Малышевых, столько и слышу от них про озеро Пашково. Это название произносится с неким восторженно-таинственным смыслом, и в интонации я слышу радость воспоминаний, а в глазах вижу вопрос: «Ты ведь поедешь туда с нами, правда?» Я был благодарен за то, что друзьям хотелось ввести меня в мир их юности и молодости, поделиться со мной счастьем.

Удивительно, как долго мы сюда собирались.

Год шел за годом, мы разгребали громадье наших планов, а Пашково продолжало маячить где-то впереди.
