Anderson Co. teens reel in big fish on prom night

Anderson County High School students MaryJo Mattingly and Luke Lankford had a memorable night after their junior prom - they went fishing on Melton Hill Lake, and MaryJo made a big catch!

While still sporting her post-prom makeup and manicure, MaryJo reeled in a 7.06 lb. walleye.

The catch has been shared on social media with the hashtag #tnwildlife, #tntrophyroom and #walleye.

The duo's night fishing has been a hit, inspiring others to venture out and see what they can catch.
