Что с запретами на ловлю воблы и плотвы?

Напомню, что в конце января стало известно о Проекте Приказа Министерства сельского хозяйства РФ "Об установлении минимального суточного объема добычи (вылова) воблы при осуществлении промышленного рыболовства, а также ограничений промышленного и любительского рыболовства воблы и плотвы в водных объектах рыбохозяйственного значения Астраханской области в 2023 году". Он был подготовлен этим министерством 24.01.2023.

Касаемо любительской ловли воблы и плотвы в нем было сказано следующее:

«3. Запретить по 31 декабря 2023 г. осуществление любительского рыболовства воблы в водных объектах рыбохозяйственного значения Астраханской области, за исключением осуществления любительского рыболовства воблы в четверг, пятницу, субботу и воскресенье в период с 20 апреля по 10 мая 2023 г.
