Credit: Alec Lackmann		 Researcher Alec Lackmann, a Fargo Oak Grove and Concordia graduate who earned his Ph.D. at NDSU, was part of team that found three species of buffalofish that all live to be more than 100 years old.
 

Can a humble and underappreciated fish be the key to discovering the fountain of youth? A researcher who graduated from Fargo Oak Grove High School and Concordia College considers the fish at least worth studying.
