Запасы воды в озерах стремительно истощаются. К такому выводу пришла международная исследовательская группа, представившая свой доклад в журнале Science.
 

огласно отчету, более половины крупнейших озер мира пересыхают и происходит это в основном из-за деятельности человека. Хотя озера составляют лишь около 3 процентов площади планеты, в них содержится более 85 процентов мировой пресной воды в жидком состоянии.
