Metre-long blood-sucking vampire fish dubbed living dinosaur' found

Jason Moore likened the toothy features of the unusual fish - which he found washed up on the banks of the River Exe in Devon - to the "Demogorgon from Stranger Things"
 

A fisherman was stunned after he hauled a prehistoric-looking metre-long horror of the depths known as a "vampire fish".

Jason Moore, 47, was looking for a spot where he could fish for chub while on a fishing trip in Devon when he spotted a massive lamprey drifting in the water of the River Exe. River Lamprey are typical small shallow water dwellers, but Jason said the fish he found was up to 10 times larger than any he had ever seen before.
