Рыба хока: среда обитания, полезные свойства, рецепты.

Эта рыба имеет много названий, но чаще всего ее называют «красной» или «розовой» треской из-за того, что на суше рыба меняет свой цвет на алый. Красная треска входит в группу морских хищников и питается рыбой поменьше. Хоку любят за ее нежное мясо и за массу полезных веществ нужных человеку. Розовая треска входит в семейство моровых рыб, а именно в подгруппу трескообразных.

Особенности и внешний вид

Тело рыбы слегка вытянуто, а на нем находятся много мелких чешуек. Верхняя часть рыбы окрашена серым цветом, но нижняя часть имеет более светло-розовый цвет. Голова чуть придавлена по бокам, а за ней находится небольшая маленькая черное пятно в виде точки.
