An avid 12-year-old American angler has captured a great white shark off the coast of South Florida.
It was quite the day for a family who was visiting Fort Lauderdale from Boston on Tuesday.

They went out about 2kms off the coast of Fort Lauderdale, when a great white shark, which was about 3.5m long and weighed about 100kg, took their bait.
The Keenan family now has quite the tale to tell.
