Дальневосточные ученые разработали технологию выращивания ундарии

В конце июня ученые Тихоокеанского филиала ФГБНУ "ВНИРО" (ТИНРО) извлекли из воды возле мыса Де-Ливрон первый урожай культивированной водоросли ундарии.

Татьяна Крупнова, ведущий научный сотрудник института, очень довольна: объем первой экспериментальной партии превысил десять тонн. Это превзошло самые смелые ожидания. За полгода в море водоросль достигла полутора метров в длину. Для сравнения: на севере Приморья, где находится край ареала, эта морская трава за год вырастает всего-то до 40 сантиметров.
