Япония не будет вести промысел лососевых в этом году в экономической зоне РФ

"Правительство Японии приняло решение не проводить в этом году промысел лосося и форели сетями в 200-мильной зоне Российской Федерации. Таким образом, межправительственное совещание по вопросу промысла в этом районе также не состоится", - говорится в сообщении Управления рыболовства Японии, передает ТАСС.

Ранее в апреле Японии и России достигли соглашения по вопросу определения квоты на 2022 год на вылов российских лососевых для японских рыболовных судов в 200-мильной исключительной экономической зоне Японии.

Квота на вылов рыбы для японских рыбаков в экономической зоне самой Японии устанавливается в связи с тем, что юридически рыба принадлежит той стране, в реках которой была отложена икра.
