Более 17 тонн рыбы и морепродуктов изъято из оборота и направлено на утилизацию в первой половине этого года, сообщили в Роспотребнадзоре. Товар забраковали по результатам исследований на санитарно-химические, микробиологические, физико-химические, паразитологические показатели и радиоактивные вещества. Всего было взято 27996 тысяч проб.

Так, по санитарно-химическим показателям 6 из 3776 (0,16 %) исследованных проб не отвечали установленным требованиям, по микробиологическим показателям - 802 из 13006 (6,17 %), а по паразитологическим - 47 из 3909 (1,2 %).
