В первый же свой день на озере я пристроился с удочкой на мостках, с которых брали воду, и тут же обнаружил этого самого парового окуня, видимо, только что поднявшегося из своих глубин к теплу, к свету.

Окунь брал на червя азартно – правда, это были не очень большие рыбы, эдак граммов на сто–сто пятьдесят, но их было столько, что очень скоро мой садок потребовалось срочно освобождать от пойманной рыбы.
