Огромная мертвая рыба принесла богатство пожилой женщине
 Испорченная мертвая рыба принесла богатство жительнице индийского штата Западная Бенгалия. Об этом сообщает газета The Times of India.

Пожилая женщина заметила в реке огромную зеленую нибею, по-видимому, погибшую после столкновения с судном, забралась в воду и вытащила ее на берег. Затем с помощью местных жителей она отнесла рыбу на рынок и стала искать покупателя.
 

Женщине удалось найти желающих купить ее находку по 6,2 тысячи рупий (6,5 тысячи рублей) за килограмм. Поскольку рыба весила 52 килограмма, ее выручка составила 300 тысяч рупий (317 тысяч рублей). По признанию торговцев, она могла бы заработать еще больше, если бы рыба не начала портиться.

Ворвань зеленой нибеи пользуется спросом в странах Юго-Восточной Азии. После обработки ее стоимость может составлять до 80 тысяч рупий (85 тысяч рублей) за килограмм.
