Капитана из Новосибирской области будут судить на Камчатке за незаконный вылов 50 тыс. тонн рыбы

На Камчатке 49-летний капитан рыболовного судна предстанет перед судом за незаконный вылов почти 50 тыс. тонн рыбы, сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры региона в четверг.
"По версии следствия, обвиняемый, являясь капитаном рыболовного судна, в марте и апреле 2022 года, находясь в исключительной экономической зоне, а затем в пределах территориального моря РФ, осуществил незаконную добычу более 38 тонн трески и 11 тонн терпуга. Общий ущерб составил свыше 30 млн рублей", - говорится в сообщении.

По данным пресс-службы, капитану (жителю Новосибирской области) предъявлено обвинение по ч. 3 ст. 253 УК РФ (нарушение законодательства РФ о континентальном шельфе и об исключительной экономической зоне РФ); ч. 3 ст. 256 УК РФ (браконьерство).

Уголовное дело передано в Петропавловск-Камчатский городской суд.
