Fisherman 'shocked' that big fish was actually rotting human corpse of missing student

A bloke got the shock of his life when he thought he'd captured a huge fish while angling in a local river.

But the man who was fishing in the Nan River in Phitsanulok, Thailand, actually hooked the corpse of a 21-year-old woman who had been missing for days.

Medical experts and rescue workers attended, but the body was found dead, lying face down.

She was wearing a black T-shirt and jeans at the time, with the fishing hook allegedly caught in her clothing and was later identified as a 21-year-old student from Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University called Sunit.
