 Замечательное место на Иже, где я бывал много раз, имеет одно ни с чем не сравнимое преимущество: нет там никого. Во-первых, ехать туда не менее 150 км, а близлежащие места приучили моих земляков к тому, что все они оседают в 70–100 км от дома. Во-вторых, там еще идти 3 км по дороге, которая всего несколько дней в году бывает приятной для прогулок. Далеко не каждый отважится тащить на себе лодку и рыболовное снаряжение...
 

А вот мне это место сразу пришлось по душе и бываю я там ежегодно по несколько раз.

Обилие рыбы на ижских разливах сказочно.

Особо привлекательны для меня щука, судак, жерех и язь.

Но есть там и сом, и лещ, и линь.

Единственная рыба, которой я там не встречал – это сазан.
