Brave fishermen free shark tangled in fishing line and hooks on WA coast

A group of fishermen have been inundated with praise after they were filmed putting themselves in danger to save a shark on WA's south-western coast.
Three men can be seen working to free the Bronze Whaler shark of fishing lines and hooks at the Dawesville Channel in Mandurah in the video shared to TikTok.

One man can repeatedly be seen reaching into the shark's mouth to remove six fishing hooks and line while another hugs the shark's head to keep it still.
