Woman gets pulled underwater, bitten by ‘muskie’ fish in Ontario lake

Not even the lakes are secure this summer season.

Whereas shark sightings have ratcheted up this summer season and a New York Metropolis trend exec was killed off the coast of Maine by an amazing white shark —many individuals have turned to lakes. However one lady in Canada discovered the laborious manner, there are predators even in the lakes.
 

Kim Driver was standing chest-deep on the seashore at North Star Village alongside the Winnipeg River close to Minaki, Ontario, when she was attacked by a muskellunge fish, generally referred to as a “muskie,” which have heads resembling alligators and may develop as much as six toes lengthy and weigh greater than 50 kilos.

“Abruptly she simply stated, ‘Somebody’s obtained my leg,’ after which began screaming and her arms went up, and she or he went underwater and all of us sort of stood there in full disbelief and didn’t know what was happening,” Kim’s husband Terry advised Vice.
