В начале декабря по Амуру проходит минога, выросшая в морях и океанах. Крупная щука старается насытиться жирным деликатесом и бывает, что ловится на глубинах 10-12 метров под нижней поверхностью льда. В это время уровень воды нередко пляшет, мигрирует местный малёк и береговая щука быстро меняет свои стоянки.

Только наметились отличные результаты на протоке Ачан, как через три дня хищники перебрались на протоку Серебряную. Подошла рыба и к протоке Ленковая. Лучшая щука моих знакомых показала вес более 4 кг. Проявила щука активность в районе села Верхний Нерген.
